TRX, a set of suspension trainigs, strenghten muscles and increase body aerobic and unarobic excersing ability.

Any football player or any other sporter can be done during the weekly tournament , one or two times a TRX work , wich contributes to the his muscles

The field of suspension training is a form of resistance training that includes bodyweight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound

exercise movements can be performed. These are done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability in the following article we will discuss different types of trx exercises..

 One:Muscle Strenghtening and endurance exercises

 All exercises that are done by body building  machines for both upper and lower body muscles could be done by TRX instead, also it is advisable for football players to combine TRX  with coordination and running excercises.It helps to improve both aerobic and unaerobic abilityof the athelets

Two: Cardio exercises

Countinues aerobic exercises which last more than 35 minutes ,will result raise in cardiac rehabilition and also fat burning as a consequence
