Sport pathology
Sport pathology is a medical speciality which concerns on recognition of injuries in the level
of tissues, bones, muscles, joints and ligaments in order to discuss treatment solutions. And it
consists study of the nature and reason of abnormality process in one or different parts of
body .
Sport injury pathology is divided into two branches of clinical pathology and surgical pathology.
Diagnosis of sport injuries in different fields is possible with proper clinical sport tests.[1]
Difference with kinesiology
Pathology is usually concerns with reason of injury and discussing involved factors and possible
Treatments while kinesiology is science of study of body movement in anatomical and moving
Plans. And it is known as a part of sport pathology.
Kinesiology
Is science of recognition and analysis of motion and movement and also its reason specially in
Humans . Its origin is known mainly from ancient greek and Aristotle is known as father of
Kinesiology.
This science is tremendously useful in physiotherapy, sport sciences, Occupational therapy,
Medical engineering and technical orthopedics.
Rehabilitation
Is the process of helping disables to rehabilitate after an accident or unpleasant event, disease,
Concretion, organ atrophy, or stretching muscles among health sciences. And helps the
handicapped person to gain his or her ability again and pass the condition successfully.
