In 2019, Navid Faridi began a new era in his coaching career by moving to Dubai, United Arab Emirates. With a strong vision for youth development, he founded Al Najma Al Zarqaa Football Academy, which quickly became one of the most reputable academies in the region.

Under Navid’s leadership, the Academy Achieved Remarkable Success in UAE Youth Leagues:
• 2022-23 – Champions of the U18 category (DOFA League UAE)
• 2023 – Champions of the U16 category (USL League UAE)
• 2024 – 3rd place : U13 in DOFA League UAE
• 2025 – Double Champions: U16 and U10 in DOFA League UAE
• 2025 – Runner-Up : U13 in DOFA League UAE
