In the 2024–2025 season, Coach Navid Faridi led an outstanding campaign across several youth age groups.

Asian football confederation B coaching course are held in Tehran . The course for coaches of premier league and And those who passed the Asian coaching course C . Some of professional and famous coach : Arash Borhani, Siyavash Akbarpour, Amirhossein Sadeghi, Hadi Mahdavi kia , Alireza Nikbakht vahedi, Alireza Abasfard , Navid Faridi and another coaches. Navid Faridi has passed C coaching course In February 2017,with excellent degree and has been recommended for AFC B coaching course.

Navid Faridi (born July 14, 1977, in Iran) is a professional football coach and former midfielder with over 30 years of experience in the sport. He currently holds an AFC A Coaching License and is the CEO and Head Coach of Al Najma Al Zarqaa Football Academy in Dubai.
Previously, he was a youth coach at Esteghlal F.C in premier league., one of Iran’s most prestigious clubs. In 2025, he was officially awarded the Best Youth Coach of the Year in the DOFA League UAE, in partnership with the UAE Sports Council and Football Federation.

He has been started his football playing when he was thirteen with the team Payam Tehran F.C.in 1990-1991 ( With the head coach Bahman ranjbaran) and honored vice championship (runner-up) as well as championship of the league of the country.
