In the 2024–2025 season, Coach Navid Faridi led an outstanding campaign across several youth age groups.

His academy teams achieved the following remarkable results:

  • 🏆 U10 – Champions
  • 🏆 U16 – Champions
  • 🥈 U13 – Runners-up

With two championship titles and one second-place finish, this historic achievement placed Faridi among the elite youth coaches in the UAE. His leadership, commitment, and winning mentality were officially recognized as he was named:

 TEN HEALTH AND FITNESS TIPS TO COMMENCE A POTENT WORKOUT

One : Try to strengthen your willpower and learn to train your mind as well as your body. Mental strength helps you achieve your goals

Two : Tomorrow never comes, always begin from today and be eagerly intended

Three : A potent workout needs to combine with a good diet, a diet of high proteins, whole grain carbohydrates, vegetables, fruits, fish and  avoid sugary foods and beverages as well as alcohol

Four : Stay hydrated and make sure drink eight glass of water per day. Drinking of hydrating  liquids and sport drinks which contain essential minerals

Five : Change your unsuitable eating habits, also eat regularly if you train regularly to fuel your body for better outcomes, eat five to six small meal to have enough energy for your exercise

Six : Try to start  with a professional trainer and experienced instructor, also work with a training partner could help push yourself and increase competitiveness

Seven : Warming up properly, a combination of stretching and cardio exercises ending by appropriate cooling down can help to prevent injury and get well prepared to start powerful

Eight : Use combination of endurance(cardio exercises which increases heart rate), strengthen( which strengthen muscles),balanced( prevent falls) and flexibility(stretch muscles)exercises in order to strengthen your body properly

Nine : It is not needed always to go to GYM, you can do your workout anywhere you are even in the park,beach or during your home works, before bed or when wake up in the morning

Ten : Relax and have fun, also visiting family or friends can decrease your stress and free your mind.listening to relaxing or favorite music helps a lot as well.Finally, Try to enjoy your exercise by thinking of your goals, it will always to help you to get focused and intent going on

Navid Faridi (born July 14, 1977 in Iran) is an Iranian football player who started his professional football career with team Payam Tehran F.C. since 1992 and achieved championship of the country premium league in the same football season(1991–1992). He usually plays as Midfielder and has also proven to be an effective starter.

 Invited to Esteghlal in 2000 by Amir ghale noei  when he was 23 years old and also  he invited for secend time in 2011  When he comeback from UAE  where he played    In Masafi Club
