 TEN HEALTH AND FITNESS TIPS TO COMMENCE A POTENT WORKOUT

One : Try to strengthen your willpower and learn to train your mind as well as your body. Mental strength helps you achieve your goals

Two : Tomorrow never comes, always begin from today and be eagerly intended

Three : A potent workout needs to combine with a good diet, a diet of high proteins, whole grain carbohydrates, vegetables, fruits, fish and  avoid sugary foods and beverages as well as alcohol

Four : Stay hydrated and make sure drink eight glass of water per day. Drinking of hydrating  liquids and sport drinks which contain essential minerals

Five : Change your unsuitable eating habits, also eat regularly if you train regularly to fuel your body for better outcomes, eat five to six small meal to have enough energy for your exercise

Six : Try to start  with a professional trainer and experienced instructor, also work with a training partner could help push yourself and increase competitiveness

Seven : Warming up properly, a combination of stretching and cardio exercises ending by appropriate cooling down can help to prevent injury and get well prepared to start powerful

Eight : Use combination of endurance(cardio exercises which increases heart rate), strengthen( which strengthen muscles),balanced( prevent falls) and flexibility(stretch muscles)exercises in order to strengthen your body properly

Nine : It is not needed always to go to GYM, you can do your workout anywhere you are even in the park,beach or during your home works, before bed or when wake up in the morning
